Operations Manager, Singapore

The Singapore Operations Manager reports to the Coinbase Singapore Country Director and owns operational frameworks for trading, staking and custody at Coinbase Singapore, a MAS-regulated business, supporting its scale-up.

• Oversee operational functions across internal and third-party providers in line with MAS rules
• Implement operational policies, SLA frameworks and risk processes
• Set up supervision frameworks for trading, staking and custody operations
• Build operational resilience, contingency planning and incident response

• 10+ years in Singapore financial services, capital markets or operations, 5+ in a supervisory role
• Experience at a MAS-regulated capital markets dealer with trade supervision across crypto, equities or derivatives
• Senior management or approved representative experience at a MAS-regulated entity
