Broker Dealer Operations, Associate

Coinbase is hiring an Associate for its Capital Markets team within Finance. The role supports daily operations of the company's U.S. equities brokerage, keeping customer accounts, trades, cash, positions, transfers and corporate actions accurate and controlled.

• Reconcile trades, positions, balances and cash daily against Apex records
• Support customer account onboarding and maintenance
• Process inbound and outbound securities transfers (ACATs)
• Monitor alerts and exception queues and coordinate fixes across teams
• Support corporate action operations and propose process improvements

• 2+ years in financial services or brokerage operations, clearing and settlement
• Working knowledge of the U.S. equities trade lifecycle
• Experience investigating data breaks across systems
• Familiarity with clearing platforms (e.g. Apex), Jira, SQL or workflow automation
