Member of Protocols - Client Success & Operations Manager, Token Vesting

Anchorage Digital, operator of the first federally chartered digital asset bank in the US, is hiring a Client Success & Operations Manager for its Token Vesting product. The role owns the full client lifecycle for protocol teams (pre- and post-token-launch) using Anchorage's vesting infrastructure, blending relationship management with hands-on data/API operational work.

• Serve as primary point of contact for a portfolio of protocol clients using the token vesting product
• Drive operational and data execution: validate and upload client data, configure integrations
• Build and configure APIs connecting the platform to clients' custody accounts
• Communicate client bugs/needs directly with the engineering team
• Manage ongoing operational requests across a portfolio scaling toward ~25 companies / ~2,000 users
• Identify and convert investor/upsell opportunities alongside sales

• Crypto background with familiarity in tokens, vesting, and custody concepts
• Client-facing experience (customer success, account management, or sales)
• Strong data/spreadsheet skills and data validation ability
• Experience with API configuration or technical integration work
• High-volume relationship and meeting management
• Commercial instinct for expansion/upsell opportunities
