Client Success Analyst
Job Description
Finery Markets, an institutional-grade OTC crypto trading platform, is hiring a Client Success Analyst to support and grow relationships with institutional clients on its prime brokerage and trading platform.
Responsibilities
- Onboard new institutional clients and guide them through the Finery Markets platform
- Resolve client issues by coordinating with technical and operations teams
- Analyze client usage patterns and identify product improvement opportunities
- Maintain client documentation, success plans, and key relationship metrics
What we are looking for
- 2-4 years of client success or account management experience
- Background in institutional finance, crypto trading, or fintech preferred
- Strong analytical and written communication skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail and process orientation
