People Systems & AI Operations Engineer
Job Description
Chainlink Labs is seeking an exceptional AI & Integrations Engineer to join the People Technology and Analytics team — a newly created, high-impact role to simplify the people tech stack and embed AI-powered, agentic workflows across the organization, including leading rollout of Claude and other AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end integration architecture across Workday, Ashby, Lattice, and BigQuery
- Design, build, and maintain scalable integrations, APIs, and data pipelines
- Lead technical delivery of system implementations and migrations
- Build and deploy AI-powered workflows automating recruiting, onboarding, and reporting
- Establish governance, prompt standards, and quality control for responsible AI usage
What we are looking for
- 10+ years in HR Technology / People Systems / Integration roles
- Experience with enterprise HCMs (Workday)
- Hands-on experience building or deploying AI/LLM-powered solutions including prompt engineering
- Strong API/webhook/ETL background (Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi); SQL and BigQuery experience
