Job Description
Chainalysis's Platform Engineering Foundation team is hiring a Software Engineer II to build the infrastructure substrate every Chainalysis service depends on, spanning Kubernetes clusters, cloud networking, Terraform modules, and the migration from Kafka to WarpStream streaming.
Responsibilities
- Build and operate Kubernetes clusters (EKS) and cloud networking
- Develop Terraform modules for infrastructure as code
- Support the Kafka to WarpStream streaming migration
- Build Go-based reconcilers and operators
- Manage IAM and secrets infrastructure
What we are looking for
- 3+ years of infrastructure engineering experience
- Hands-on AWS and production Kubernetes experience
- Infrastructure-as-code experience, Terraform preferred
- Go, Python, or shell scripting
- CI/CD and on-call experience
- Nice to have: Kubernetes operators/CRDs, streaming infrastructure, SOC2/ISO-27001 environments
