Job Description
Fhenix is hiring a NYC-based Business Development Lead to drive adoption of its chain-agnostic FHE coprocessor, dual-token standard, and confidential stablecoin across tokenization and fintech. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle for the New York region, source high-value leads, pitch decision-makers, and build strategic partnerships with asset issuers, fintech platforms, and institutional wallets. Backed by $20M+ from Hack VC, Multicoin Capital, and dao5.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle for the New York region: source leads, pitch decision-makers, craft technical specs, and negotiate commercial terms
- Expand the number of asset issuers integrating the Fhenix dual-token standard and privacy-preserving infrastructure across blockchains
- Drive integrations between fintech platforms and Fhenix's confidential stablecoin
- Secure strategic partnerships with crypto and institutional wallets to support the off-chain FHE coprocessor model
- Represent Fhenix at NYC crypto and traditional finance conferences; turn the local network into a high-converting growth funnel
What we are looking for
- 3+ years of dedicated BD or B2B sales experience in Web3, crypto, or fintech
- Proven track record of closing technical integrations or institutional customer deals (not just collecting Telegram handles)
- Existing warm network in asset tokenization, institutional issuers, or fintech platforms
- Technical literacy to translate complex cryptographic concepts (FHE, off-chain coprocessors) into business value
- NYC-based with ability to network heavily and drive localized ecosystem growth
