Account Executive, Crypto Native
Job Description
Blockdaemon is seeking a crypto-native Account Executive to join the Crypto Native Business Unit (CNBU), serving 300+ crypto-native customers globally including exchanges, liquidity providers, custodians, protocol foundations, and stablecoin companies. The role owns a named portfolio of existing accounts while building pipeline and winning new logos.
Responsibilities
- Protect and retain book of business, owning ARR retention and renewal execution
- Drive multi-product growth across Staking, Dedicated Nodes, API Suite, and Earn/DeFi Stack
- Build and manage new logo pipeline, owning the full sales cycle
- Leverage VC relationships and attend industry events
- Maintain Salesforce hygiene and run weekly pipeline reviews
What we are looking for
- 2-5 years quota-carrying crypto/blockchain sales experience
- Experience selling staking, node infrastructure, RPC/API, or custody products
- Solid working knowledge of blockchain infrastructure
- Familiarity with exchanges, custodians, protocols, and asset manager cohorts
