Blockchain Security Lead

Galaxy Digital is hiring a Blockchain Security Lead to own security across its validator operations, key management infrastructure, and blockchain-facing systems. This remote-eligible US role spans operational security, MPC key custody, and protocol-level threat modeling for Galaxy's staking and asset management platforms.

• Lead security architecture for blockchain infrastructure including validator key management and MPC custody systems.
• Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments across staking, trading, and bridge-facing systems.
• Define and enforce security standards for blockchain node deployments and key ceremony processes.
• Respond to and lead investigations for security incidents in blockchain operations.
• Collaborate with engineering to integrate security reviews throughout the software development lifecycle.

• 6+ years of information security experience with blockchain or crypto infrastructure focus.
• Deep understanding of MPC, HSM, and key management systems in digital asset custody contexts.
• Experience with Ethereum node security, validator key management, or DeFi protocol security.
• Familiarity with threat modeling frameworks (STRIDE, PASTA) and security tooling.
• Strong knowledge of network security, zero-trust architectures, and secrets management.
