We’re looking for a technically and commercially minded Trader to join our Market Making desk in London.
Responsibilities
- Work with experienced, highly successful traders in a fast-paced and intense environment
- Manage risk and ideate trading strategies as part of a compact team across DeFi, market making, and yield strategies
- Work closely with trading and sales to drive commercials over the finish line and bring in new business
- Configure and tune strategy parameters in response to changing market conditions while developing world-class market-making strategies
- Enhance the enterprise value of the desk by building out infrastructure and initiatives that serve clients
