We’re looking for a Quantitative Trader to join our Market Making desk in London.
Responsibilities
- Research and develop market making strategies across CEX and DEX order books / AMM structures
- Work with a successful trading team at the intersection of markets and one of the oldest crypto companies in the world
- Monitor automated market-making strategies across multiple exchanges and trading pairs, flagging issues and escalating where needed
- Learn how strategy parameters work, including spreads, quote sizes, inventory management and risk limits, and adjust them within agreed limits under senior guidance
- Help troubleshoot live trading issues by working with traders and engineers to find root causes
