Financial Controller, Singapore

BitGo is hiring an experienced Financial Controller to own finance and accounting for its Singapore entities, focused on its MAS-regulated Major Payment Institution. Reporting to the APAC Managing Director, this is a senior individual contributor role and the only finance professional in-market.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end accounting: month and year-end close, GL integrity, reconciliations, accruals
• Produce management accounts and entity P&L reporting
• Prepare IFRS statutory accounts and manage the annual audit
• Ensure correct accounting for digital assets, client assets and multi-currency transactions
• Maintain internal controls and support regulatory readiness; oversee ACRA and IRAS obligations
• Own budgeting and forecasting for the Singapore business

What we are looking for

• Chartered Accountant (ICAEW, ACCA, CA Singapore, CPA Australia or equivalent) with expert IFRS
• 8 to 12 years of accounting experience
• Familiarity with crypto and digital asset trading, valuation, custody and client asset treatment
• MAS-regulated MPI and/or CMS licensee experience strongly preferred
• Advanced Excel and ERP, NetSuite preferred
