Senior Derivatives Trader

This senior trading role sits within Anchorage Digital's Global Markets derivatives team, executing and scaling OTC derivatives trading (options, forwards, and structured products) across both digital and traditional assets. Responsibilities include developing and running trading strategies, driving P&L growth under disciplined risk management, and helping build out trading infrastructure and processes as the derivatives business expands.

Candidates need 7+ years trading derivatives, ideally including sell-side experience at a bulge-bracket bank, along with advanced quantitative and analytical skills for modeling and performance analysis.

• Execute and scale OTC derivatives trading across digital and traditional assets
• Develop and run trading strategies to drive P&L growth
• Apply rigorous risk management across market conditions
• Mentor junior traders and help build trading infrastructure

• 7+ years trading derivatives, ideally with sell-side bulge-bracket bank experience
• Advanced quantitative and analytical skills (Python, R, or similar)
• Strong risk management discipline

Must be based in the Western Hemisphere outside the US and Canada, with hours aligned to Western Hemisphere time zones; requires in-person onboarding per Anchorage's security policy.
