Institutional Sales Representative - Global Markets
Job Description
Anchorage Digital is hiring a sales representative to drive trading volume growth for its Global Markets business among crypto-native firms such as protocols, VCs, and other buy-side clients. The person will act as the first point of contact across client segments, build sales processes to improve outbound go-to-market motion, and lead client-specific campaigns and market-insight content that generate new business.
The role requires 8+ years of sales trading or prime brokerage sales experience, with at least 2 years directly in crypto, plus a strong existing network of institutional clients active in digital assets.
Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact across institutional client segments
- Build sales processes to improve outbound go-to-market motion
- Lead client-specific campaigns and market-insight content
- Collaborate across legal, product, compliance, and client experience teams
What we are looking for
- 8+ years of sales trading or prime brokerage sales experience
- At least 2 years directly in crypto
- Strong existing network of institutional clients active in digital assets
Additional Information
