• Build self-serve 'platform as a product' capabilities so engineers can provision infrastructure via a golden path
• Operate GKE clusters, message brokers (RabbitMQ, IBM MQ) and the observability stack (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo)
• Participate in Follow-the-Sun on-call, incident response and blameless post-mortems

• 5+ years in a DevOps, Platform/Infrastructure or SRE role operating large-scale, high-availability production systems
• Deep hands-on cloud-architecture experience on Google Cloud Platform (landing zones, networking, IAM)
• Strong Terraform/IaC skills with GitOps and least-privilege as defaults
• Significant production Kubernetes (ideally GKE) and Helm packaging experience
• Operator-level familiarity with PostgreSQL and message brokers (RabbitMQ, RedPanda)
