AI Scientist - Entrepreneur in Residence

Molecule is seeking an AI Scientist Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to develop AI-powered drug discovery applications within its decentralized science ecosystem. This unique role combines cutting-edge ML research with startup commercialization within the DeSci space.

• Develop AI/ML models for drug discovery, molecular design, and biomedical research
• Build proof-of-concept products within Molecule's IP-NFT and BioDAO ecosystem
• Collaborate with BioDAOs, researchers, and funding partners
• Identify and pursue commercialization and spinout opportunities

• PhD or equivalent experience in computational biology, chemistry, or ML
• Strong ML/AI engineering skills with research publication record preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in commercializing research
• Genuine interest in decentralized science and Web3 ecosystems

You will be an AI Scientist at Molecule. In your first four weeks, you will live on-site, embedded with the founding team, and ship your first autonomous agent fleet into production against a real disease area. From day one you own the loop: design the agents, deploy them, pilot them, iterate, and generate scientific output that moves IP forward.
