Account Executive, Bridge (Hunter) - Crypto and Stablecoins

Stripe is hiring an Account Executive (Hunter) for Bridge, its stablecoin and crypto infrastructure business, in London. This is the first AE Hunter role for Stripe's Crypto sales team in EMEA, covering new-client acquisition and upselling across startups and global enterprises. Bridge products include stablecoin-based cross-border payments, virtual USD accounts and global payouts.

• Convert inbound leads and build outbound pipeline.
• Run discovery conversations to match prospects' needs to Bridge solutions.
• Own the full sales cycle from opportunity to negotiation, close and go-live.
• Maintain client relationships to support retention and account growth.
• Meet sales targets, forecast accurately and help shape the Bridge sales process.

• 4-10 years of sales experience, ideally selling technical products.
• Full-cycle sales at a high-growth payments, fintech, crypto or technology company.
• Record of exceeding quotas and managing complex commercial negotiations.
• Data-driven prioritization using CRM tools, Excel and basic SQL.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
