Job Description
Blockdaemon is looking for a Senior Paralegal to support its growing legal and compliance function. You will work alongside experienced in-house counsel on corporate transactions, contracts, regulatory filings, and day-to-day legal operations at one of the leading blockchain infrastructure companies.
Responsibilities
- Assist in-house counsel with contract drafting, review, and management
- Manage corporate records, entity maintenance, and regulatory filings
- Support due diligence processes for transactions, partnerships, and vendor agreements
- Coordinate with external counsel and maintain legal project trackers
- Research legal and regulatory issues relevant to blockchain and digital assets
What we are looking for
- 4+ years of paralegal experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
- Experience with corporate governance, commercial contracts, and entity management
- Familiarity with blockchain, crypto, or fintech preferred
- Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal training
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
