Job Description
Ondo Finance, a leading tokenized real-world asset (RWA) platform, is seeking a Senior Counsel to support product and commercial legal matters as it scales institutional DeFi products including tokenized US Treasuries.
Responsibilities
- Advise on product development and commercialization from a legal perspective
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, term sheets, and partnership contracts
- Support regulatory compliance for tokenized securities and DeFi products
- Manage legal risk and counsel across product lines and jurisdictions
What we are looking for
- JD from an accredited law school and bar admission
- 5+ years of corporate, securities, or commercial law experience
- DeFi, crypto, or fintech regulatory knowledge preferred
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and cross-functional communication skills
