Senior Analyst - 6 Month FTC Headline

Ramp Network is seeking a Senior Analyst on a 6-month fixed-term contract to support its operations and analytics function. This remote role involves deep analysis of Ramp's payment and transaction data to drive operational improvements and business insights across the company's crypto on/off-ramp platform.

• Analyze transaction data to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for operational KPIs
• Support operational teams with data-driven insights to optimize conversion and payment flows
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams on data requirements for new features
• Produce regular reporting on key business metrics for leadership and stakeholders
• Contribute to the development of analytical frameworks and data infrastructure

• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
• Experience with business intelligence tools (Looker, Metabase, or similar)
• Understanding of payment systems and fintech operations
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency and Web3 ecosystems
• Excellent analytical thinking and data storytelling skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
