Program Manager Mining Headline

Tether Operations Limited is expanding its Bitcoin mining division and is looking for a Program Manager to oversee mining operations globally. You will coordinate across technical, logistics, and finance teams to ensure mining programs are delivered on time and at scale, supporting Tether's growing presence in the Bitcoin mining industry.

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of Bitcoin mining programs including hardware procurement, deployment, and operations
• Coordinate with engineering, logistics, and energy partners to hit operational milestones
• Track KPIs, uptime, hash rate targets, and cost per BTC mined
• Manage relationships with mining facility operators and equipment vendors
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and escalate issues to leadership

• 5+ years of program or project management experience, ideally in mining, energy, or infrastructure
• Understanding of Bitcoin mining operations, ASIC hardware, and energy markets
• Strong organizational and cross-functional coordination skills
• Experience managing international vendor and partner relationships
• Fluency in English; Spanish a plus given the Madrid base
