Job Description
Tether, the world's largest stablecoin issuer, is hiring a People & Culture Analyst to join its 100% remote team. This role supports HR operations including onboarding, compliance, training coordination, and employee engagement across a globally distributed workforce.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new remote employees
- Maintain HR policy compliance documentation and employee records
- Coordinate training programs and professional development initiatives
- Support employee engagement activities and wellness programs
- Generate HR data reports and workforce analytics using HiBob
What we are looking for
- 3-5 years of HR experience, ideally in a remote-first company
- Proficiency with HiBob HRIS platform
- Experience with Confluence or similar documentation tools
- Strong written English communication skills
