Job Description
Molecule, the decentralized science (DeSci) protocol pioneering IP-NFT and BioDAO infrastructure for biotech, is hiring a Paralegal to support its legal team as it scales IP licensing and governance operations.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents, IP agreements, and licensing contracts
- Support IP-NFT transaction and minting processes
- Maintain and organize legal document repositories and tracking systems
- Coordinate with external counsel, partners, and BioDAO communities
What we are looking for
- Paralegal certification or 2+ years of legal or contracts experience
- Intellectual property law background preferred
- Strong attention to detail and document management skills
- Interest in DeSci, crypto, or biotech strongly valued
