Head of Security Headline

Crossmint is hiring a Head of Security to lead all security functions as it scales its Web3 infrastructure platform. This executive-level role owns security architecture, team building, compliance, and incident response for a company processing millions in digital asset transactions.

• Build and lead the security team, program, and strategy
• Own security architecture, policies, and incident response procedures
• Drive security culture, developer education, and secure-by-design practices
• Manage compliance certifications (SOC 2, ISO 27001) and external audits

• 8+ years of security experience with leadership background
• Deep expertise in cloud security, application security, and threat modeling
• Web3 or smart contract security experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
