Job Description
Figure Technologies, a blockchain-powered financial services company operating on the Provenance blockchain, is seeking a Director of Crypto Protocols to lead protocol development and strategy across its lending and capital markets products.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and maintenance of crypto protocol integrations on Provenance
- Define protocol strategy and technical roadmap for Figure's blockchain products
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business development teams
- Engage with the Provenance blockchain ecosystem and external protocol partners
What we are looking for
- 7+ years of blockchain or protocol engineering experience
- Deep knowledge of blockchain consensus mechanisms and smart contracts
- Experience with lending, capital markets, or DeFi protocols preferred
- Strong technical leadership and cross-functional communication skills
