Delivery Manager - Core Technology Platform Headline
Job Description
Keyrock, a digital asset market maker trading on 80+ venues, is hiring a Delivery Manager to orchestrate delivery of its foundational technology services. The role bridges centralized Infrastructure and Data divisions with client-facing teams, driving a DORA-metrics culture so foundational services stay scalable, compliant and reliable. CET timezone (+/- 2 hours).
Responsibilities
- Drive the delivery lifecycle for Infrastructure and Data squads using DORA metrics
- Align centralized platform roadmaps with client-facing divisions, managing competing priorities
- Own SLAs/SLOs for foundational products; lead incident response and post-mortems
- Ensure deployment practices meet regulatory standards with rigorous documentation
- Line manage QA engineers and own the QA automation roadmap
What we are looking for
- Proven track record in an engineering-led organization applying Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
- Experience managing delivery of foundational technology services (Infrastructure, Data or Platform Engineering)
- Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- Deep understanding of incident management and internal service levels
- Experience leading QA professionals and automation roadmaps
- Beneficial: regulated finance/fintech/crypto context; Agile, Lean, ITIL, PMP or Prince2 certifications
