• Onboard new institutional clients and guide them through the Finery Markets platform
• Resolve client issues by coordinating with technical and operations teams
• Analyze client usage patterns and identify product improvement opportunities
• Maintain client documentation, success plans, and key relationship metrics

• 2-4 years of client success or account management experience
• Background in institutional finance, crypto trading, or fintech preferred
• Strong analytical and written communication skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail and process orientation
