Business Development Representative (BDR) - EMEA Headline

Job Description

Confirmo is a global stablecoin-first payment platform trusted by market leaders, founded in Prague in 2014 and now a roughly 60-person global team expanding across key markets. Confirmo is looking for a driven Business Development Representative to join its Dublin office and help fuel the next stage of growth.

This is not a passive lead-handling role. You will be on the front lines of Confirmo's outbound motion, identifying, engaging, and qualifying the prospects that become the company's next customers. For the right person, this is a launchpad into a closing role within the sales organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound prospecting, identifying and engaging potential customers across key verticals through cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone, building pipeline from scratch.
  • Qualify and convert leads, running discovery conversations to assess fit and handing off well-qualified opportunities to the Account Executive team.
  • Own your activity metrics, managing outreach sequences, follow-ups, and CRM hygiene with consistency and discipline.
  • Leverage the tech stack (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce) to research prospects, personalise outreach, and track pipeline activity.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing, sharing market feedback to sharpen messaging, targeting, and go-to-market execution, and build toward a closing role.

What we are looking for

  • 1-3 years of BDR or SDR experience in hands-on outbound prospecting and lead qualification in a SaaS, Payments, or FinTech environment.
  • Familiarity with the tools: comfortable working with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce (or equivalent CRM).
  • Strong communicator, clear and compelling in both written and verbal communication.
  • Hunter mentality: self-motivated and comfortable generating pipeline through outbound activity.
  • Ambitious and growth oriented, wanting to learn the craft, hit targets, and earn a path into a closing role.
