Business Development Manager, Blockchain and DeFi Ecosystem Headline

Fireblocks is looking for a Business Development Manager to grow its blockchain and DeFi ecosystem partnerships. In this role you will identify, develop, and close strategic relationships with DeFi protocols, blockchain networks, and Web3 infrastructure providers, expanding Fireblocks' position as the enterprise standard for digital asset operations.

• Source and close strategic partnerships with DeFi protocols, L1/L2 networks, and infrastructure providers
• Build and maintain a pipeline of ecosystem opportunities across blockchain verticals
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align partner integrations with the Fireblocks roadmap
• Represent Fireblocks at industry events, conferences, and ecosystem summits
• Track partner performance metrics and report on pipeline health to leadership

• 3+ years of BD or partnerships experience in blockchain, DeFi, or crypto
• Deep understanding of DeFi protocols, token ecosystems, and Web3 infrastructure
• Proven track record of closing complex technology partnerships
• Existing network within the blockchain ecosystem (protocols, DAOs, foundations)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
